What is EDI? +
EDI is Electronic Data Interchange: exchanging business documents (purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices) between companies’ systems in an agreed standard format, instead of sending PDFs that get re-keyed by hand.
Which standards and formats do you support? +
Standard formats: EDIFACT and ANSI X12 for EDI exchange, plus the structured UBL 2.1 format. Channels: AS2, SFTP and REST API.
Do you integrate with Odoo or my accounting system? +
Yes. Sanarise delivers Odoo ERP, and an EDI module is the planned connector. We also integrate with other ERP systems via API on higher tiers.
How does payment work, and why USD? +
No payment through the site — you request the service and our team arranges local payment. Prices are set in USD for stability; the amount in the new Syrian pound is approximate and finalized at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
What happens when I request the service? +
